Family travel has always been an important part of my life. Growing up, my parents took us on trips near and far as often as they could. It allowed me to experience all kinds of new places and instilled a love of travel in me.

When my husband and I got married, we chose to travel as often we could and as we started a family of our own, this is something we prioritized and wanted to provide for our children.

We were foster parents for many years and got to include each of the kids in our travel adventures. It was so fun to experience some of our favorite locations through their eyes.

Not only does travel allow us to experience new places, cultures, and scenery but it also provides lifelong memories, can refresh us, and give us a new perspective on life.

When we choose to travel with others - whether its our spouse, our whole family, or friends - it creates a connection with those we experience it with.

Travel doesn’t have to be exotic or expensive to be enjoyable and memorable. There are so many places to explore near your home. Some of my favorite vacation destinations are just a tank of gas away!
